About
A project for A1/A2+ CEFR level English learners that consists of approximately 9 small activities to do. Pupils are supposed not only to develop their writing, speaking and reading skills but also how to use web 2.0 tools in learning foreign languages. Teachers will have an opportunity to share their experience in using ICT tools in their work.
Participating classes or groups will do several tasks during a school year according to agreed calendar and deadlines.They are:
September - Postcrossing and celebration of European Day of Languages. Creating and voting for a project logo.
October - Presentation of students and their schools and hobbies on Twinspace forum. Participation in Code Week (coding contest).
November - Reading habits, favourite books and literary characters.
December - Christmas traditions around Europe.
January - A three-day virtual trip on partner's country (collaborative map).
February - Endangered animals in our countries. Fun-fact animal quiz.
March - Geographical features around us. Celebrating Earth Day.
April - Popular dishes of our regions.
May - Celebrating Europe Day.
